Bloc Focus is provided by ikibook studio. By using the app you agree to these terms.
1. What the app is
Bloc Focus plays instrumental audio and runs a session timer. It is not a medical device, not a treatment, and makes no claim to diagnose, treat or improve any condition.
2. The free tier
One full 25-minute focus session each day, with a 5-minute break, reset at midnight local time. It is not a trial: it does not expire, and it never asks for a card. The session runs to the end rather than stopping part-way.
3. Premium, and how billing works
- Yearly — US$11.99 per year. This subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel.
- Lifetime — US$24.99, once. A one-time purchase. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
- There is no monthly plan.
Premium unlocks the longer session lengths — 50/10, 90/15 and your own — and removes the one-session-a-day limit.
Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. A yearly subscription renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Prices are shown in the app before anything is asked of you, and may vary by country and over time.
4. Cancelling
Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings; the app links you straight there. Cancelling stops the next charge — access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. We cannot cancel on your behalf, because neither store permits it.
5. Refunds
Refunds are decided by Apple and Google under their own policies and timetables, not by us. We do not contest refund requests.
6. Acceptable use
Do not redistribute, re-upload or resell the audio, and do not attempt to circumvent the paid tier. The audio catalogue is licensed to us, and is licensed to you only for personal listening inside the app.
7. Availability
Audio is streamed from a content delivery network and cached on your device. A small set of sounds is bundled with the app and plays without a connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the streamed catalogue.
8. No warranty, and limits
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
These terms may change as the app changes. The effective date above is updated when they do.
